How to Join our Community
If you are over the age of 18 and meet these basic requirements then please continue with your application:
1. Clean and sober for at least 2 weeks.
2. Actively attending recovery meetings.
3. No arson or sexual crime convictions.
4. Verifiable income or proof of family/friend payer.
5. In a stable state of mental and physical health.
6. Committed to maintaining your sobriety.
Step 1| Application Process
Click on the apply today button to fill out and submit your application. Your application will be reviewed in a timely fashion which includes speaking with you directly, checking references and speaking with your case worker and employer, if applicable. If you pass our initial review, we will schedule an intake assessment including a tour of the Iron Men home.
Step 2| Professional Intake
Begin your journey with an intake assessment. We take the time to hear your story and understand your recovery history to determine if Iron Men is a good fit for you. You will be briefed on house rules and requirements. At this point your application will be either approved or denied.
Step 3| Guided Tour
Once your application has been approved, your intake assessment will conclude with a tour on site to ensure that you will feel at home at Iron Men and are ready to move forward with moving in. At this point you will fill out and sign your policies and procedures packet and pay your initial fees.
Step 4| Intentional Welcome
Time to facilitate your move-in! You will be briefed on house rhythms and routines. You will be assigned an access code to enter the building, a furnished room, a locker, briefed on laundry schedules and the chore chart and receive your towels and toiletries if needed. Welcome!
