Bridging the Gap

Sober Living
Homes

Do you really need one?

Safe and Structured Environment: Sober living homes offer a drug and alcohol-free space where individuals can focus on their recovery without the distractions and temptations of their previous environments. This structure bridges the gap and helps residents transition smoothly from rehabilitation to independent living.

Peer Support and Community: Living in a sober home allows individuals to connect with others who understand their struggles. This sense of community fosters accountability and encourages residents to support one another, which is crucial for maintaining sobriety.

Reduced Risk of Relapse: Studies have shown that individuals who live in sober homes are less likely to relapse compared to those who return directly to their previous living situations. The supportive environment and structured routines help mitigate triggers and cravings.

Accountability

Regular drug testing, house rules and weekly meetings ensure every man stays focused on his recovery goals and personal integrity.

Structure & Purpose

A stable daily routine reduces stress and provides the firm foundation needed to manage life's challenges without substances.

Brotherhood

Forging bonds with men who share the same journey creates a supportive environment where no one has to recover alone.

No Turning Back

At Iron Men our purpose is to give you the environment you need and the necessary tools to help you on your way to long term success and a life free from addiction.

Iron Men Family

Iron Men Sober Living Homes are peer led. Meaning only our residents live on site full time. One resident becomes our House Captain, and he is in charge on site. Iron Men Staff will visit daily to check supplies and mitigate any issues that arise but by the time you have reached this stage in your journey, you are ready for more freedom. You have earned it.

Everyone is on their own individual journey and timeline. The average length of stay in a sober home is 6 to 18 months. When you are ready to move on, we help you put together an exit strategy and connect you with the right agencies and individuals, if needed, to help you transition to independent living.
